MetaCreations went and dumped lots of staff this week in a shot-from-the-blue move to get rid of the graphics business and dive headlong into the holy grail of 3D e-commerce visualization.

I used to work for the company. I write books about one of their products, Bryce. I've been reeling. If ever there was a ClueTrain wreck, this is it.

That's me, on the very Y2k day. Here I am in full color:

Funky hat. Say, wait a minute. I thought I saw that hat over at the Vagabunda etp site. Whassupwiththat?

Yeah. Same hat, different people. We're related tho. That's my dad. Both fotos were taken with my digital camera.

Oh yeah... speaking of which... What kinda camera are you using for your pictures?

Nikon Coolpix 950. I got a 64 MB memory card to go with it, so it holds lotsa pictures.
